When will I be charged?
Your card is only charged when the campaign ends on , and only if the goal has been reached.
Can I change my reward or address?
Yes. You can change your reward until the campaign ends, and update your shipping address from your account until we send the pre-shipping survey.
What if the project fails to deliver?
Hatchlab reviews every creator before launch. If a creator can't deliver, our backer protection team helps coordinate refunds.
Do you ship to my country?
Rewards ship worldwide. Shipping is free in the EU. Other regions are calculated at checkout (€12 to €25).

Risks and challenges
Hardware is hard. Our main risks are component supply (the NPU and the AMOLED orb) and certification timelines. We have secured components for the first 15,000 units and started CE/FCC certification in September. If anything slips, you'll hear it from us first, in the updates.
